2018 Events

• One of my favorite songs of all time, which has made it's way into each one of my live solo shows, is Maury Yeston's "Danglin'." I first heard this song after Maury Yeston dipped into his truck to include it on the PS Classics album The Maury Yeston Songbook. That was over 15 years ago and I'm THRILLED to release my version of this gorgeous and heartbreaking song! • I recorded my version of Amanda McBroom's "The Rose" in rememberance of my aunt, Janet Rose McKnight, who lost her long fought battle with ovarian canver. The charity organization that was closest to her heart was the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC), which is why it's been such a thrill to partner with them on this song. • My tribute to the women who inspired me is out NOW! The Midtown Sessions EP was recorded LIVE at The Smooth Spot Recording Studio in Midtown Manhattan and pays tribute to the fierce women who have been KILLING it since I was lip syncing to their songs in my childhood bedroom (i.e. 2 weeks ago). From Betty Buckley, Patti LuPone and Barbra Streisand's "As If We Never Said Goodbye" to Chita Rivera's "All That Jazz" to Barbara Cook's "Losing My Mind" and Linda Ronstadt's "Adios," I run the diva gamut! This EP was recorded in the style of the great Julie Wilson’s DRG recordings - just me and piano.
